WEDDING TIPS
CATERING
• Grab a midnight snack. Have your caterer pack you and your new hubby a picnic basket of leftovers, as you probably won't be able to eat more than two bites of the meal you spent days debating. Submitted by: Bride Suzie M.
• Ask your vendors about their meal policies, which should be specified in their contracts. Several of them will be on their feet upwards of 10 hours on your wedding day; make sure they are fed! • Ask your caterer about the availability of children's plates. This is a practical way to reduce wedding expenses. Many couples aren't aware that, at a reduced cost, most caterers can create smaller portions for the little people on your guest list, who normally don't eat as much as adults. In fact, often you can request something which will have more appeal to the little guys, such as cheese burgers or chicken fingers and fries instead of the more fussy food you and your adult guests will likely be dining on.
